The Wellesley Property Bond

The innovative Property Bond, issued by Wellesley Secured Finance Plc* offers very competitive fixed returns and the knowledge that your investment is secured against property within a bond that’s listed on the Irish Stock Exchange.

Funds invested in the Property Bond are used to acquire loans made by Wellesley which are secured against assets consisting mainly of UK residential property. What’s more, you can hold your Property Bond within an ISA, allowing you to earn tax-free returns (tax allowances and the tax efficient benefits of ISA’s could change in the future).

If you’re over 18 and a resident of the UK, Channel Islands or the Isle of Man, or a UK corporation, you can invest in the Property Bond. All you need to do is open an account with The Share Centre, subscribe to the Bond and transfer your funds.
